Arthur J. Sutley, 36, of West Long Branch, died Wednesday at Methodist Hospital, Houston, Texas. Mr. Sutley was born in Englewood and lived in Maywood before moving here eight years ago. He was an executive vice president of Fran-Mar Inc., Ocean Township for eight years. He was a 1968 graduate of Bogota High School and a 1972 graduate of Widener College, Chester, Pa. Surviving are his wife, the former Catherine DeGennaro; his mother, Madeleine Sutley, Maywood; two sons, Arthur J. Jr., and Jeffrey, both at home, and two sisters, Kathy Sutley, Hackensack, and Patti McVeigh, River Edge. John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements.
