"The date was Nov 30 2014 of cardio respiratory failure. He was the director of technical services at Cardionet in Conshohocken, PA.

Survivors include myself, daughter Melissa, daughter Meghan, 2 grandchildren Mikayla and Caleb, his dad John Sr, sister Kathy, nephew Jason and niece Alexis.

Predeceased by his mother, Florence."
